What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on lifelong oral health.
  • Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive therapies.
  • Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships that encourage patient education, treatment acceptance, and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care and infection control.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Current Washington Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Local anesthesia certification (or ability to obtain if required by state regulations).
  • Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
