Role Description The Growth Marketer is a contract, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, focused on driving measurable customer and revenue growth across multiple brands. This role includes refining and executing growth strategies across digital channels, building and optimizing acquisition funnels, and running experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance. You use AI tools as a natural extension of how you work. You're the type of person who sees a broken process and fixes it before anyone asks. About the Role We're looking for a Growth Marketer to drive revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels for multiple brands in our portfolio. You'll analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing and promotions, and manage sales pipelines and channel strategies. Working closely with marketing, operations, and finance, you'll plan and execute growth experiments, improve unit economics, and scale what works. What you'll do Own paid acquisition across Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, and other performance channels Drive revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels for multiple brands Analyze performance data, build dashboards, and make evidence-based decisions Optimize pricing, promotions, and funnels; run A/B tests and scale winning initiatives Improve unit economics and report growth metrics to leadership Ensure AI-driven tools and processes are used effectively to enhance performance What we're looking for Strong analytical skills - you interpret data, build dashboards, and make evidence-based calls Excellent communication to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope Hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta and Google Ads Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces (Amazon and others), or consumer brands Familiarity with growth tactics like funnel optimization, A/B testing, and performance marketing Comfort working with AI-powered tools and data platforms in a fast-moving, operationally intensive environment 2.
