Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Producer – Events is to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events. Managing strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners, align marketing strategies, and executing joint marketing initiatives to deliver mutually beneficial results.
\n
• Manage all event and partnership logistics, working within budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless event execution.
\n
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive brand visibility and growth.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and key deliverables.
\n
• Plan, organize, and execute events from conception through to completion.
\n
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
\n
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
\n
• Develop detailed event & partnership plans, including timelines, schedules, and action items.
\n
• Manage all logistical elements of events, such as transportation, site visits, catering, and equipment setup. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and finance) to align event goals with broader company objectives.
\n
• Manage event registration, ticketing, and guest lists, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth entry processes.
\n
• Ensure that all events & partnership activations align with the brand’s values, image, and messaging.
\n
• Track and report on key partnership & event performance metrics, including lead generation, brand engagement, and conversion rates.
\n
• Lead with creative teams to develop marketing assets for partnership campaigns, such as visuals, copy, and videos.
\n
• Manage communication and approval processes between internal teams and external partners.
\n
• Develop customized marketing strategies tailored to each partner’s audience and strengths.
\n
• Manage on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Including contingency plans to mitigate risks and address unforeseen challenges for the partner activation & events.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, and clients.
\n
• Safety is an essential function of this job.

• Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

\n
• 21 years of age.
\n
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
\n
• High school diploma or the equivalent required.
\n
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
\n
• 3+ years of experience in event coordination and/or event planning, or in a hospitality-related role with a proven record of accomplishment of strong customer service.
\n
• Experience working for a large-scale, luxury resort preferred
\n
• Extraordinary attention to detail, while working under tight deadlines
\n
• Must have a professional demeanor and remain calm under pressure.
\n
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to quickly changing situations.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Deadline orientated with effective time management skills.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Must possess a high sense of urgency.

• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to

• Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
