Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines Understand the PT board rules and regulations, complying within the respective state Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply (1 year typical; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be accepted) BLS and state-specific licensing Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr TNAA TotalMed Allied
