We follow GMP's which means no food or jewelry in the work area and strict uniform and hygiene practices.

Position Summary: Follow batch records and SOPs to inspect products at every step of the packaging process into the form in which it will be shipped. Work Schedules: Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm or 2nd Shift - 3:45pm-2:15am (Overtime on Fridays may be required)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:

• Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.
• Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Inspect lot numbers, expiration dates, and other specifications before packaging.
• Place materials into containers, cartons and boxes.
• Seal containers or boxes using hands, fasteners, tape, and hand tools.
• Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packing supplies.
• Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
• Clean and sterilize the equipment and tools as specified.
• Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
• Reports to work regularly and on time.
• Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
• Required to stand, walk, use hands and arms, and occasionally to pull for entire 10 hour shift.

Work Environment: The employee is regularly exposed to noise, and to airborne particles, including some allergens. Completion of duties must be done within an allotted time which may create a sense of time pressure to meet deadlines.
