Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center – Xenia, OH Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and strong clinical leadership. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and ADL performance Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required) Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required About the Role As an Occupational Therapist at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
