• 2-3 days per week, mix of procedure days and clinic days
• 30-40 patients for clinic, 25 patients for joint injections
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Fluoroscopic x-ray, lumbar epidurals, joint injections required
• Board certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
