Senior Physical Design Engineer - GF 12LP (Remote)

Encore Semi, Inc. is seeking a Senior Physical Design Engineer to lead RTL-to-GDSII for high-performance SoCs on GF 12LP. You will own advanced FinFET design challenges, drive PPA boundaries, and push timing closure using Synopsys tools. You will orchestrate floorplanning, CTS, routing, STA, extraction, and reliability checks while developing Tcl and Python scripts to streamline flows. This role offers remote work within the USA and a competitive package.
