Clinical Therapist Position

The Brook Hospitals have been providing quality mental health and addiction treatment services since 1985. The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.

Qualifications Education: Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Services, Psychiatric, or related Behavioral Health field. Licensure/Certification: Required: Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky (CSW, LCSW, LPC, CADC, LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, or LPP) Experience: Required: 0 - 1 years of related experience. Preferred: 1 - 3 years of related experience.
