Litigation Associate Attorney

Position Associate or Senior Counsel – Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group, Minneapolis office. The role requires a 4+ year litigation attorney with experience in product liability defense or comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day case development: depositions, client engagement, technical expert collaboration, discovery management, drafting and arguing motions. Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation and execution. Maintain independent initiative and contribute to client success. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active member of the Minnesota Bar. 4+ years of litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Strong independence and initiative. Understanding of state and federal procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Trial experience preferred, but not required.
