Project Manager

Duration: 5 years to start Lead the project management and operational implementation of all client funded projects to ensure they meet the client​strategic objectives. Manage the operational and business work flows and tasks in support of the​Project Sustainability Plan. Responsible for the development and implementation of system and business processes need to implement client funded projects Responsible for all operations including anticipated operational risks and mitigation strategy to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. Responsible for effectively managing client priorities and the escalation of issues and key decisions points as needed and as appropriate to​leadership. Participate in the stakeholder engagement process and collaboration with CMS, state agencies, and stakeholders Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports. Master s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 8+ years of experience working in government funded programs such as Medicaid or other public-sector healthcare programs. Experience in project management, business analytics, and organizational readiness. Experience with managing complex, cross functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple agencies.
