Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions to drive new enterprise business and grow strategic accounts across the Bay Area and broader West Coast.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experience , including at least 2+ years directly selling AI/ML or Generative AI solutions to U.S. enterprise customers . This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on taking AI opportunities from initial discovery through executive sponsorship, commercial negotiation, implementation, and production expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle for AI and digital transformation solutions .
• Develop territory plans and prospect targeted enterprise accounts.
• Generate qualified opportunities through direct outreach, relationships, partners, and industry events.
• Conduct business discovery to identify customer challenges, potential value, budgets, decision-makers, buying criteria, and timelines.
• Position AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI/workflows, and automation solutions against measurable business outcomes.
• Build executive-level relationships with business, technology, data, finance, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and establish executive sponsorship for AI initiatives.
• Work closely with AI specialists, Solution Architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate proposals, SOWs, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contracting.
• Help customers progress from discovery and pilots to production AI deployments .
• Expand successful AI engagements into additional use cases and business units.
• Own revenue and margin targets and maintain strong CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Coordinate account handoffs and growth opportunities with U.S. and India delivery teams.

• Established network of enterprise buyers in the San Francisco Bay Area .
• Experience converting AI pilots into production contracts .
• Experience expanding AI engagements across multiple business units.
• Experience with cloud and technology partner ecosystems.
• Joint-selling experience.
• Experience with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC .
