Jack in the Box is hiring an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our brand-new location in Perry, Georgia!

This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a team from the ground up, lead restaurant operations, and grow your career with a nationally recognized brand.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about people, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members and managers
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
• Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and brand standards
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste
• Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Develop effective schedules that align staffing levels with business needs and labor budgets
• Drive sales growth through operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ServSafe Certification required

• Must be able to travel for training and company needs
• Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
