Position: Clinical Dietitian
Location: Cafe at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: PRN positions- ☀ Day Shift


What You'll Do:


• Determine patients at nutritional risk using approved criteria and referrals form nursing.
• Perform nutritional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct daily meal rounds.
• Provides ongoing in-service training to nursing staff on completing the nutritional screening piece of the patient profile and participates in nursing orientation.


What We're Looking For:


➤ Bachelor's Degree Required
➤ ADA Certification required
➤ 1-2+ yrs of experience preferred
