We’ve designed our program to let you spend more time doing what you do best: working directly with students.

• No Lesson Planning: Teach using our pre-designed, individualized student programs.
• No Grading or Paperwork: Spend your time teaching instead of managing administrative tasks.
• No Parent Meetings: Focus on building strong instructional relationships with your students.
• One-on-One Instruction: Work directly with students to support their individual learning needs.
• Paid Training: Receive paid initial and ongoing training to help you succeed in your role.

• Provide individualized, one-on-one instruction to students from elementary through high school.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong commitment to student learning and academic success.
• Ability to provide in-person instruction at our learning center.
• A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with students.

Preferred, but Not Required:

• Teaching certification or state teaching license.
• Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or other educational experience.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency.
