Sales & Business Development Manager Job Description You will play a crucial role in growing our distributor network and market presence in the USA. Your responsibilities will include: Identify, recruit, and cultivate partnerships with high-potential distributors nationwide. Develop and implement initiatives to broaden our footprint and enhance market penetration. Provide ongoing support and training to distributors to ensure successful product representation and sales. Direct Sales and Market Development Drive commercial strategy for our surgical product line, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Neuro and Spine surgical fields. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with headquarters and other regional teams to align on commercial goals, marketing, and business strategies. Provide regular updates on market conditions, sales performance, and distributor feedback. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or management within the Neuro and Spine medical device sector. Strong understanding of the surgical micromotor market and key industry players. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful distributor relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently across the USA.
