Now Hiring: Receptionist / Office Administrator We're hiring a Receptionist / Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy professional office in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression for clients and guests Answer and direct incoming phone calls while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor Maintain the office phone system, including updating pre-recorded messages and employee phone lists Process incoming mail and distribute correspondence appropriately Provide general administrative and office support as needed Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and other common areas to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and organized Order office and kitchen supplies and monitor inventory levels Coordinate maintenance and service calls for Xerox/copier equipment Arrange office lunches, meetings, and other staff events Perform miscellaneous Microsoft Word formatting and word processing tasks to meet client requirements Type and prepare proposals, reports, and other business documents Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred Strong customer service and professional communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization Candidates already registered with us, please send an updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io and reference the job title.
