Role Description The Law Firm Marketing Super Sales Associate is a full-time, remote role focused on generating new business and nurturing strong relationships with law firm clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and qualifies leads, conducts discovery calls, and presents tailored marketing solutions that address law firm growth objectives. The associate follows up consistently with prospects, manages a sales pipeline, and collaborates with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include providing guidance to clients on marketing best practices, supporting occasional training or demonstrations of services, and tracking performance against sales targets. This position requires proactive outreach, clear communication, and a consultative approach to selling digital marketing solutions specifically designed for law firms. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams. Customer Service and client relationship skills to support law firms throughout the sales and onboarding process. Sales expertise, with experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities. Training and Sales & Marketing skills to explain services, educate clients, and support adoption of marketing solutions. Experience in digital marketing or professional services marketing, preferably within the legal industry, is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance goals. Comfort using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic office productivity software. Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development; relevant education or certifications in marketing, business, or communications are a plus.
