You are a key part of helping appointments run smoothly, ensuring patients feel comfortable, and supporting efficient clinical operations throughout the day. This position will work out of our offices in Framingham and Hopkinton; must be able to work at both locations to be considered for this position. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5 pm This is an opportunity to join a well-established, team-oriented orthodontic practice where your role is essential to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a positive office culture. Responsibilities Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their orthodontic visit Assist the Orthodontist during a variety of orthodontic procedures, including adjustments, bonding, debonding, retainer appointments, and other clinical treatments Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to ensure appointments run efficiently and on schedule Take diagnostic records, including digital x-rays, photographs, and scans/impressions as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, retainers, aligners, and post-treatment instructions to support successful outcomes Monitor patient flow and work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule and minimize wait times Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records as needed Follow all infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Collaborate closely with the orthodontic team to support exceptional patient care and day-to-day office operations Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Full-time Benefits Health insurance starting on your first day of employment Vision insurance Paid vacation time Paid holidays Paid sick time Dental and orthodontic benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Consistent, set schedule (no weekends!) #simplyortho Qualifications Orthodontic experience strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with dental experience and a positive attitude Strong communication skills with the ability to help patients feel comfortable and supported during treatment Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care Team-oriented mindset with a positive, dependable attitude Comfort using orthodontic/dental software and digital imaging technology Current certifications and licensure as required by state regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Simply Dental Management
