Role Description The CSA Personal Lines role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mesa, AZ. In this role, the team member will assist clients with personal lines insurance needs, including auto, home, and manufactured home policies, by answering questions, processing changes, and guiding clients through policy options. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and in-person inquiries, providing quotes, processing renewals, and handling billing or coverage updates with accuracy and attention to detail. The CSA Personal Lines team member will maintain client records, follow agency procedures, and collaborate with producers and other staff to support excellent client experiences. The role also involves proactively following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, while upholding The Adams Agency’s standards of professional and courteous service. Qualifications Strong customer-focused service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Professional telephone manner and effective customer support skills. Demonstrated customer service experience in insurance or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with basic computer systems and insurance agency management software (or willingness to learn). Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ and collaborate effectively with a team.
