Job Title: Swimming Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Instruct groups or individuals in the fundamentals of swimming.
• Provide training direction, encouragement, and motivation to swimmers.
• Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions.
• Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor the swimming area and respond to emergencies.
• Evaluate swimmers' skills and performance.
• Adjust coaching techniques based on swimmers' strengths and weaknesses.
• Stay updated on changes in rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming.
• Communicate with participants and parents to provide information and answer questions.
• Keep and review records of swimmers' progress.
• Note: The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: At least one year of aquatic experience.
• Certification: Current American Red Cross Water Safety Certificate or Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification.
