Travel Accommodation Support Representative

We're seeking customer-focused individuals to support clients with travel accommodation bookings. In this remote role, you'll help travelers find hotel options that match their needs while learning the travel industry from the inside.

This position is ideal for stay-at-home parents, career switchers, students, or anyone looking for a flexible, remote opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through hotel and accommodation options
Provide friendly, professional customer support
Assist with booking confirmations and general travel questions
Keep organized notes and follow simple booking workflows
Attend virtual training and support calls

Qualifications
