Summary Provide personalized, high-end service to clients on the sales floor, building long-term relationships and delivering memorable experiences. Act as a brand ambassador by understanding client needs, advising across product categories, and maintaining strong clienteling practices. Thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment with a focus on commercial performance and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets. Learn and maintain expert brand and product knowledge across categories. Advise and assist clients with personalized recommendations and styling. Use clienteling tools to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships. Deliver outstanding in-store service and uphold visual and merchandising standards. Requirements Previous retail or customer-focused experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills with a client-first mindset.
