As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for accurately setting up and aligning patients using advanced imaging techniques, ensuring the delivery of prescribed radiation treatments. Your expertise will be vital in assessing patient status, preparing for treatment delivery, and collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Properly set up and align patients for radiation therapy treatments using various imaging techniques
- Assess patient status during direct interaction and make appropriate referrals
- Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks and room set-up
- Perform patient set-up and CT scans for treatment planning purposes
- Collaborate with other radiation therapists and team members
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred
- Must have ARRT and CA RTT license, as well as BLS certification
- Need 3 years experience in setting
