E&A Concrete LLC is seeking a Concrete Laborer/Finisher to join our onsite team in Caldwell, ID.

The Concrete Laborer/Finisher is responsible for supporting daily concrete placement and finish work while maintaining jobsite safety and quality standards. This role helps ensure concrete surfaces are properly prepared, formed, finished, and cured according to project specifications.

You will work as part of a team to execute concrete construction tasks efficiently and accurately, contributing to clean job sites and consistent workmanship across projects.

• Assist with concrete placement, spreading, leveling, and finishing to meet project requirements.

• Prepare job sites and work areas, including surface preparation, cleanup, and material staging.

• Support form setup and basic layout tasks, ensuring surfaces are smooth and properly aligned.

• Perform concrete finishing activities such as edging, floating, and texturing as needed.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform hands-on manual labor and work safely in outdoor jobsite conditions.

• Demonstrated reliability and willingness to learn and follow established processes.

• Basic understanding of concrete finishing principles and general jobsite practices.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and use required protective equipment.

• Prior experience in concrete work, finishing, or related construction activities.

• Familiarity with reading job specifications or understanding finish requirements.

• Experience using jobsite tools and equipment commonly used in concrete work.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment throughout the workday.

Hourly rate: $23.00 - $27.00
