REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

• A heart for working with seniors
• Ability to lift patients
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus but not required

It's essential to be a team player and to juggle multiple tasks efficiently as an LPN. Showing empathy while maintaining professional boundaries is essential in providing quality care. Additionally, having a genuine love for working with the elderly is crucial for this nursing role.

AVERAGE DAY AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you deliver exceptional care to our senior residents. You collaborate closely with the resident care coordinator, conducting assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring seamless communication with physicians, caregivers, and others. Your prompt response to residents' and family members' needs is invaluable. The opportunity to positively impact our residents and their families makes this nursing role incredibly rewarding!

While working as an LPN with our healthcare team, your schedule is part-time, during weekend shifts.
