Columbia Road Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $37.26 - $55.89Summary:The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in compliance with licensure standards. The physical therapist works with an interdisciplinary team to identify patient goals, barriers to discharge and ongoing physical therapy services. The Physical Therapist centers the care around the patient and exercises independent judgement in planning and organizing the plan of care for the patient.Essential Job Functions:Orients patients, family and/or other appropriate parties to the purpose and procedures of the therapy evaluation and treatment.
