Job Details:

• Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend hours required every other weekend or as needed
• Call requirements as needed
• Float requirements as needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• Texas Respiratory Therapist certification/licensure required
• Operate equipment including Servo I Ventilators, Carescape Ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and standard nebulizers
• Use Meditech electronic health record system
• Provide ICU care, ventilator management, blood gases, arterial line draws, EKGs, basic respiratory care, trach patient care, weaning trials, and oxygen management
• Serve patients of all ages including geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations
• Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs required; casual wear is not acceptable
• Must be located 60 miles or greater from facility to be considered for travel rate
