Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: New Orleans, LA
Work mode: On-site
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with potential future evening and Saturday hours
• 18–22 patients per day
• Mission-driven community health setting
• Full clinical support staff
• Structured workflows and collaborative team
• Base salary: $105,000–$142,100 based on experience
• Health insurance (80% employer paid)
• Dental and vision insurance fully covered
• 403(b) with 3% contribution plus up to 3% employer match
• Student loan repayment up to $100,000
• 15 PTO days and 16 paid holidays
• Five CME days or up to $3,500 annual CME allowance
• License reimbursement
• Malpractice insurance
• Aflac supplemental insurance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license
• Bilingual in Vietnamese
• Comfortable treating pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Able to evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
