About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a packing position; it is a critical role responsible for warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has strong physical stamina, excellent attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and Shopify , and experience managing inventory and coordinating shipments. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, maintains an organized warehouse, and proactively identifies inventory or operational issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Operations

• Order Fulfillment: Begin fulfilling orders no later than 8:15 AM. Ensure all standard orders placed before 3:00 PM ship the same day, with urgent orders prioritized as needed.
• Quality Control: Accurately pick and pack orders, apply the correct product labels, and maintain a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
• Inbound Shipments: Accurately count and inspect incoming shipments, verify packing slips, identify discrepancies, and promptly communicate received inventory to the appropriate team members.
• Carrier Logistics: Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and LTL freight carriers. Schedule pickups and deliveries and ensure shipments are properly documented and tracked.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts, receive inventory into the system, monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure physical inventory matches system inventory.
• Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and identify products approaching minimum inventory levels. Communicate replenishment needs before products become critically low or out of stock.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory locations. Ensure products are stored correctly and can be efficiently located, picked, and counted.
• Shipping Costs: Monitor freight and shipping costs, identify unusual or excessive charges, and escalate discrepancies to management.
• Warehouse Supplies: Monitor packing materials, shipping supplies, and product labels and request replenishment before supplies run out.
