Responsibilities include testing, maintenance and/or repair services on medical gas system equipment (e.g. vacuum pumps, air compressors, gas manifolds, pipeline systems, etc.) in accordance with government and health care industry related standards. Mechanical aptitude, electrical experience, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must. Familiarity with federal, state and local codes - particularly NFPA 99, are preferred. Travel throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mtn Region is a requirement, so a valid drivers license is necessary.

Experience Required:

• High school diploma, GED, vocational school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing 30experience or similar trade

Requirements:

- Perform routine maintenance services on medical gas system source equipment (air compressors, vacuum pumps, gas manifolds, etc.)
- Perform troubleshooting and repair services on medical gas system equipment
- Perform Annual Medical Gas System Inspections
- Generate and maintain detailed and accurate service records for at health care facility clientele
- Develop and maintain long-lasting working relationships with a variety of health care facility personnel

Qualifications:

- Education: 4-year Technical Diploma, Degree, Certificate or an equivalent amount of related education and experience
- Familiarity with NFPA 99 code and/or any ASSE 6000 series credentials would be highly preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a variety of environments.
- Must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills as well as be thorough, dependable and detail oriented
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
- Several of our customers require background check, drug screening, immunization records and good driving history prior to allowing access to their facilities
