What You'll Do

Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed meeting minutes
Create and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
Assist with preparing routine reports
Develop and maintain organized filing systems
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Maintain accurate contact lists
Coordinate travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Collaborate with executive and senior administrative staff on requests and inquiries

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required; additional administrative training is a plus
