Onsite Account Manager needed for immediate hire!Site MANAGERHM Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services across various environments.The Site Manager is in a working position that performs cleaning duties and supervises the work activities of janitorial staff on all shifts at our client's facility. Duties include but are not limited to: Assigning work tasks to the staff, inspecting work, investigating and correcting customer complaints regarding janitorial services, training employees, coaching and counseling on performance, and recommending terminations when necessary.This position requires great flexibility.Hours: Open availability including weekends Compensation: $60,000 annually ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Maintain good client relations.Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner.Participate in interviewing, make hiring decisions, and train new hires.Enforces policy and procedures.
