Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master

Location: Lansing, MI | Hybrid

We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master to support a collaborative team focused on analytics solutions. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing the backlog, leading Scrum ceremonies, and partnering with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.

What You'll Do

Lead 2-week Agile/Scrum sprints
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage and refine the team backlog
Break larger initiatives into clear, actionable user stories
Partner with stakeholders to clarify priorities and remove blockers
Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, and sprint completion
Identify opportunities to improve team delivery and processes
Utilize Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and documentation

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, project management, or product ownership
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery
Experience with backlog refinement and user stories
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree
CSM, PSM, or similar Agile certification is a plus
