Job Title: Licensed P&C Sales Producer for Allstate Insurance Agency

Job Summary:
The Licensed P&C Sales Producer of Allstate Insurance agency is responsible for generating new business by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate Property and Casualty insurance products. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with state insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
• Sell personal and commercial Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and explain policy options to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Ensure all applications, documentation, and policy transactions comply with state and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with customer service staff to ensure a positive client experience.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Computer and Microsoft Office.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to explain complex insurance products in a clear, understandable manner.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish language preferred

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $ 45,000 - $80,000 per year
• Base salary plus commission 
• Performance bonuses and incentives.
• paid time off & sick leave
