Quality Assurance SupervisorThe Quality Assurance Supervisor leads a team responsible for developing and applying advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control methods to investigate and resolve complex technical issues. This role oversees work instruction compliance audits performed by Quality Auditors and ensures quality standards are consistently met across production. The supervisor acts as a hands-on leader, driving process improvement, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.Shift: 2nd ShiftWhat We're Looking ForSupervise and direct the work of Quality AuditorsOversee and ensure work instruction compliance audits are completed accuratelyApply advanced QA/QC methods, theories, and techniques to resolve complex technical problemsReview documented processes and testing procedures and identify improvement opportunitiesCommunicate findings, risks, and escalations to immediate managerTrain team members and identify skill or process gapsHold team members accountable while providing coaching and mentorshipEnsure compliance with leadership directives (daily, monthly, and annual)Act as a hands-on, professional leader and role modelMaintain flexibility and agility in day-to-day assignmentsSupport additional duties as assigned by leadershipBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 1 year of related experienceGood understanding of production areas, process flows, equipment, and product.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ensure work instruction compliance & all subsets.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Have a good understanding of customer requirements.Effective at training & identifying gaps to correct.General understanding of GD&T & best practices for measurement systems.General understanding of HVAC processes.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 35 pounds as requiredWhat We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $73,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
