The team upholds Enterprise Technology's standards for shared infrastructure while owning the creative media pipelines that are unique to Entertainment. It's a dual role - the strategic partner for long-term technology plans and facility-operations growth, and the hands-on operational owner accountable for keeping it running every day. The ideal candidate is a high-judgment, highly hands-on operator who is equally comfortable setting strategy and building executive-level narratives as getting deep into execution and cross-functional alignment. You manage and prioritize a team of specialized engineers, drive outcomes through influence as much as authority, and use AI and agentic workflows to modernize the work and extend what a lean team can deliver.Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position.
