Case Manager

Covenant House New York is seeking a proactive Rights of Passage (ROP) Case Manager to support 10-20 young people aged 16-21 living in a Bronx site. You will develop individual service plans, coordinate services, provide counseling, advocacy, and monitor progress within a dedicated multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong group leadership, resilience, and trauma-informed approaches, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
