You will partner closely with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and the Regional Director to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure operational excellence. As a people leader, you will coach and develop associates, foster a collaborative team culture, and oversee risk management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You have demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a client-focused, service-oriented environment.You are skilled at coaching, mentoring, and managing performance to achieve business objectives.You can anticipate client needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive growth and retention strategies.You build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.
