Physical Therapist - Home Health
Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 week, full-time contract opportunity at a clinic in Mount Vernon, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Location: Mount Vernon, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $60/hr
Schedule:
- 8 hour days; M-F
- 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- mileage reimbursement for all visits
Duration:
- 13 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist
- Limited to no requested time off
- IL PT License
- home health experience
- OASIS experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- ASAP Start
