Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a client’s Spend Technology Engineering organization. This recruiter will play a critical role in scaling the team by end of the year and continued growth planned for next year. The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting software engineers and understands today's evolving technology landscape, including AI-enabled development environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and engineering positions (Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle)

• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and hiring plans.

• Recruit and screen candidates for Software Engineering roles, including:

o .NET Engineers

o Java Engineers

o Databricks Engineers

o AI-focused Software Developers

• Source, assess, and engage high-caliber technical talent through multiple channels.

• Evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, including experience with agentic AI design and development.

• Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently.

• Track recruiting metrics and maintain pipeline activity within ATS systems.

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience souring for technical skillsets including (Software engineers, .NET developers, Java developers, Databrick engineers)

• Background in recruiting for healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments

• Experience with Workday

• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines

• Strong negotiation and communication skills • Prior agency recruiting experience

• Experience with Eightfold

• Knowledge of healthcare software, supply chain or spend management
