Insurance Sales Representative

Overview Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling various insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and wither have a strong understanding of insurance products or willing to learn the industry. Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions Sell insurance policies such as auto, home, life, and health insurance Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend suitable coverage options Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims settlement process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive insurance services Utilize various sales techniques, including telemarketing and outside sales, to generate leads and acquire new clients Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet the needs of clients Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage limits, deductibles, and premiums Complete sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is a plus Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail sales or telemarketing Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is preferred Ability to negotiate effectively to meet client needs Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for sales administration Licensing and Recommendations Fully licensed in P&C and Life & Health; but not required If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and helping others protect their assets, we would love to hear from you.
