JOB POSTING: Front Desk & Facilities Clerk

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Position Type: Part Time/ Full Time

Shifts: Evenings, Weekends, and Overnights

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk & Facilities Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the guest check-in process, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: Greet guests, verify identification/membership, and manage the entry process efficiently.
• Cash Handling: Process payments using our POS system, provide accurate change, and perform shift reconciliations.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the building. Duties include cleaning common areas, locker rooms, and handling laundry (towels/linens) as needed.
• Guest Relations: Provide professional customer service and ensure all club rules and safety policies are upheld.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and stay on top of cleaning tasks without constant supervision.
• A professional, non-judgmental attitude and a commitment to member privacy.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. If you’ve worked in retail, customer service, or cleaning before, that’s great—but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we’re happy to show you the ropes!
• Familiarity with POS systems or basic computer entry.

• Pay: $14/hr. day shift, $15/hr. overnight shift.

Disclosure (BFOQ)

This role requires working at the front desk and throughout the facility during operating hours, including access to locker rooms, showers, and other clothing‐optional spaces. Team members must be fully comfortable working in an environment where nudity is common and must consistently uphold strict standards of professionalism, discretion, and guest‐privacy protocols.
