Position Description: We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our HR Team in our Taylor, MI. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and have zero to five years of related experience. The candidate must be self-motivated, work well with others, be comfortable learning and teaching new technology, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include: Manage multiple open positions and perform recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, etc. Support HR functions for the employee life cycle including onboarding, employee engagement, performance appraisals, communication, career development, and offboarding Maintain assigned HR related programs that may include performance appraisals, various employee activities, document management, surveys, etc. Maintain Human Resources databases, complete data entry and HRIS reporting Support other HR projects as assigned Maintain a safe working environment Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relatedfield Skills/Experience: Zero to five years of experience in an HR and/or recruiting environment Basic knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience with HRIS software (UKG Pro) preferred About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
