Invoice Processing Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a vital role focused on processing invoices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing of financial documents, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial department. Key Responsibilities Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness. Process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures. Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices. Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting. Requirements Proven experience in invoice processing or a similar financial role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with data entry and database management. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
