Summary The pharmacist in this position is responsible for all pharmaceutical services in assigned areas. As a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team the clinical pharmacist promotes an environment of safe, rational, effective and efficient medication use while providing services to meet the needs of the patient. Performs other pharmacy services as appropriate. Responsibilities Review orders for appropriateness and complete final verification.
