You’ll connect the dots between clients and internal teams, keeping projects on track and expectations aligned. From meetings and updates to budgets and payments, you’ll stay on top of every detail—building strong relationships and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.How you will do itProvide regular, clear updates on project progress, key milestones, and next stepsOrganise and document client meetings with actionable follow-upsTurn client requests into clear tasks for the internal teamKeep track of project budgets, costs, and invoicingSupport the creation of quotes, proposals, and financial summariesReconcile financial data for client and internal reportingBalance customer needs with business goals and delivery timelinesRequiredProven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator)Strong background in project coordination or administrationHigh financial literacy and comfort working with numbersSkilled in using Sage and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)Excellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesTop-notch attention to detail and time managementCommercial awareness to balance customer needs with business goalsAbility to explain complex details clearly and professionallyPreferredExperience with CRM platforms such as SalesforceFamiliarity with project management tools like MS ProjectSolid understanding of project lifecycles from start to finishBackground in billing and budget trackingHIRING SALARY RANGE: $125,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD Annual. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
