The Operations Specialist helps drive continuous improvement, supports key administrative and compliance functions, and works collaboratively across teams to enhance daily operations. • Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization

• Provide support to specific community locations as needed

• Assist the Director of Operations with developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities

• Participate in an on-call rotation

Operational Support Responsibilities Include:

• Employee CNA renewal tracking and support

• Software and systems support

• Medicaid claims assistance

• Care plan oversight support

• Expense report analysis

• Rent certificate creation

• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

• Reliable transportation to travel between communities

• Must be at least 18 years of age
