Add customer value by meeting deadlines for delivery and distribution of finished products to ensure customer order requirements are met./ppstrongSHIFT: 9am-5:30pm | Monday - Friday (Overtime and weekends as needed)/strong/ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliDrive Forklift to load trailers and pick products/liliResponsible for daily safety inspection of forklift prior to use/liliLabel boxes as required and assist with manual picking and packing as needed/liliPalletize and shrink wrap finished product/liliScan labels with RF Scanning guns/liliFollows all company safety and security rules./liliReports on unusual conditions or problems for the Supervisor./liliPractices good housekeeping and organization. (5S)/liliFollows the company dress code and rules of conduct./liliBe a courteous and professional team player./liliPerforms other related duties as assigned by supervisor./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma /GED/lili6 months of work experience operating a forklift/liliForklift Certification/liliRFID Scanner experience/liliMust be able to communicate and converse with others/liliBasic reading and writing/liliMust pay attention to detail and ability to match product and order numbers./liliAbility to understand and carry out Standardized Work Instructions/liliBasic math: Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide by 10s and 100s/liliApply common sense when carrying out Standardized Work Instructions/liliAbility to resolve problems and suggest improvements/liliDemonstrate good judgment and ask for help/liliMust pass Corelle Brands pre-employment physical test/liliAbility to regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. If over 50 lbs., team lift is required./liliAbility to move about on the production floor for a minimum of 8 hours per shift/liliAbility to grasp, push, pull and carry objects/liliAbility to manipulate and feel objects, tools, or controls/liliMust be able to detect and determine color and shapes accurately./li/ul/div
