About the Role:

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of food orders to our guests. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by delivering orders accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
• Full range of mobility, including reaching overhead and performing repetitive motions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
• Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and authorized personnel to ensure efficient service to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns
• Helping with cleanup duties after the conclusion of service

Skills:

As a Food Runner, you will utilize your skills in lifting and carrying heavy weight, and following safety procedures on a daily basis. You will also need to have excellent mobility, including the ability to reach overhead and perform repetitive motions. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of food orders. Additionally, your excellent customer service skills will be crucial in addressing guests' needs and concerns.
